Aadhithya Hridhayam
Aadhithya Hridhayam was explored or explained to the humankind during the time of the great epic, Ramayana. According to Sasthras, this Aadhithya Hridhayam has the tendency to ride away fear and give courage. During the war, as asked by Agasthiya Muni, Lord Rama prayed towards Surya Bhagavan (the Sun God) to bless him with his grace and to help.
